Decently priced and fast working plumbers. I needed to replace my shower/tub valve. Their guys got over to my house pretty fast and got the job done properly and fast. J.R & Zach were their names.

I would use their services again if needed!!!

Same day service, reasonable rates, detected a second problem and asked before taking care of it as well! As an out-of-area, retired military homeowner, we were quite pleased they accepted payment by phone, to accommodate us!

I had a toilet back up on me. I immediately called a well known company in town that does HVAC and plumbing. I’ve used this company before and they wanted me to wait 2 days due to the Thanksgiving holiday before they would send someone out.

I then went on google and found Roto-Rooter. The woman who answered the phone gave me a window for the technician to arrive. Matt Harris (the technician) arrived with another gentleman by the name of Zach. These two guys were extremely knowledgeable and professional and found my problem almost immediately. They had A very nice snake type tool with a borescope-like camera and allowed me to view and take a picture of my broken pipe.

We believe that a third party telecommunications company hit my sewage line accidentally while boring with a ditch witch to run their fiber lines. This is pretty common and Vicki Harris who answered the phone was able to give me the main number to save me from dialing endless numbers and waiting on hold in order to find the right dept.

I’m extremely happy with the professionalism and the level of service I’ve received thus far. The estimate that I received to fix my issue was substantially lower than what o expected and I have a realistic idea of what this type of work costs. I am going to schedule the work through Roto-Rooter and I won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
